THE MOM LIFE AND THE EX-WIFE LIFE

(Please ignore all grammatical errors I typed this in my emotional mom moment)


I woke up this morning having a good feeling about how happy my girls wake up.  Ok so maybe their hair is a mess, their face is distorted...But what I mean is the glow they two young ones carry in their soul... It wasn't easy making a decision to be a divorced mom but It was a decision I had to make in order to be the best person I could be for them.  Making that decision also comes with baggage not bad baggage to me... just the decision to add more people to your circle.  

You have to ask yourself: 
Are you ready to have an extended family?

Are you ready to accept another person to be involved in your child's life?

Are you ready to accept another person in your ex's life?

Are you ready to split your time and be alone without your children?

Are you prepared to become one huge family, be divorced emotionally yet not physically from your ex spouse?

Did I find the perfect partner to accept your old life?
These are question you need to consider.

There should be no jealousy no animosity no anger no fear, after all we divorcees decided on this life change right?

I find it crazy how some people decide to break up out of their own selfish needs but forget the kids, then start ranting and raving about how "we don't need to be friends we aren't together anymore blah blah bah!" then suddenly a new wife or husband comes in and bam! It gets even worse! Thats not ok!

It absolutely cannot be that way.....It has to be ok, it has to be a normal thing to be around your ex and his or her new partner.  Your babies are watching your every move, what we do effects their lives and their relationships later in life.  It effects their every emotion and I choose to never kill or hurt my children soul... Over my dead body will I bring down my childs spirit. 

Hurting my child's other parent and extended family would mean hurting my child.  I refuse to be that selfish.

When you decide to be separated from your ex be prepared to tell your new partner that we still be married to our ex and his new wife/husband, they do not go away... There is no magic pill to make them poof be gone...And that is not always a bad thing.  Your all bonded together by  these cute little people you both wanna make happy and it never ends... this is forever! 

These little humans are going to grow up and have parties have weddings and babies and guess what we all still have to enjoy each others company passing these babies, passing drinks, food and beer maybe wine and yes all while all happily divorced together!

Now don't get me wrong what I'm saying does not mean go an hang out 24/7.  This is just to say that theres no reason to make drama for your children.  And having a good support system on both sides is whats best for their happiness.  

I have to say it has been a long road but we are all blessed in my situation we all want the same thing and I love that when it comes to my children there isn't any argument.  It is not a fight are all on the same team.  That glow that comes from children eyes brings me to emotional happiness.   My children are blessed with selfless people.  Although it hasn't always been perfect it has taken some time, its taking baby steps we are all on the right path.   We have the same great intentions to be happy and lead these kids to greatness.

Bathroom Renovation on a Budget

I have to admit that in the 6 years of living here I feel like I haven't stop doing things to this house lol This is my girls front bathroom and it needed some sanding down and some paint...Water does a lot to damage wood so it was definitely was time.  

 This project cost us around under 200.  I had to trendy it up a little I neglected it a bit after I got pregnant.  This past year we had been talking about looking to upgrade our home since we have grown our family.  But then we started to think about why not just upgrading this home instead of having to relocate make new neighbors and spend even more money on things we could just do here.

Small Project on a Budget

The hubby and are back at it again.. My home is getting a revamp and an update! She got a set of new earrings for the front and the back! Im so excited she was born to bling... and now at night boy is she blingin!

We bought her cute earrings from Home Depot, the paint was Glidden in Wedding White that came from Walmart!

Just the front door project cost us about $100.00 with the paint, light and mat! It doesn't take much money to upgrade your home...Also the wreath was homemade so super free :)

We got this idea from property brothers, which happens to be my mans obsession... Its the norm for our to be working on something in our house.  

My man has officially flipped my home that he's already thinking about our future home that he plans to do himself... We shall see!!!!

It's Tuesday and being mom doesn't mean you can't be a bad ass! Get your earrings on some mascara maybe a cute messy bun and get the day started! Ugh Ok Im done motivating myself!

Seriously love these matte lips... these are great for those that I not want to spend a fortune on matte lipsticks they are only $3.00 versus the Kylie Jenner matte lipsticks... (which I've course have as well) These cost way less and feel much better on your lips before and after.

Sometimes as a mother we can't take it too serious... Gotta stay cute stay fly like the cute mom you are!  See when your a mom with kids and a hubby you begin to feel a sense of identity loss you forget what it's like to be a regular fun person... I know it may sound a little materialistic but these little things that make one feel better ( ok me just me I feel better hahaha) Feeling cute and not losing yourself is hard when your a mom Dammit! thats why these Moschino cases come in handy... Im not a plain jane mom walking around... I'm a cool mom! ( emoji with sunglasses here) lol #momlife

My week...

Uh I have had the thirty worst days of my life... Ok maybe not the worst I'm exaggerating, I've literally had worse... "Divorce" but that's off topic anyways... It's been hell over here but yet a blessing... I have to be careful what I wish for because although I didn't wish the worst would happen so I could get super blessed.  

I had been asking for a new car but not in the way it came... Lol I do laugh now but I want laughing then... I'm too sad to talk about it but one day I will... Just know I got a new car and I couldn't be more excited... Back to the Normal routine. 

I have not been out of my house for 30 days! Who does that how do people go without cars for just 1 day.  I have the best mother in law and thanks to her everything turned out ok.  

HERBAWIFEY

I'm so excited to be learning more and more about herbalife! I seriously would close the door on the poor herbalife chic that would knock on my door ... And boy do I feel bad... I use to think that it was this bogus way of just trying to sell me something and in reality it's nothing like that at all! Boy was I wrong! If anything they teach you not to harass people but to only give a hand for someone who wants a lifestyle change.  To help those that are ready for a change in what they do daily with their health! That's what sold me to this company.

It's been crazy how hard mentally yet herbalife easy it is to finally be able to hit the 10lb mark... I've literally changed my lifestyle and it was hard on my brain grasp it yet the pounds are coming off thanks to herbalife... 

I'm breastfeeding so taking any fat burners is not an option... so with the Help of my teas and shakes at caused for me to fuel my body... 

Today's shake:

Tulle skirts and spring time!

The Reason for my skinny season is to be able to get back into my gorgeous fashionable attire... Feeling like a mom with a baby monkey attached to her boob is terrible dreadful you feel yucky all the time ... Yet motherhood is beautiful! The a ability to produce milk like a cow is amazing and no I am not being sarcastic! 

I'm in love with tulle skirts and it the reason I have goals! Mom goals that is! So my divas and I can wear matching tutus! Woohoo!

ITS A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN DIS MORNING..

So let me start with a round of applause our group just finished February transformation contest and they announced the winners.  Of which I was not on that list.  But it's ok because I am so proud of myself and my body in just 1 month.   Herbalife has definately helped! 

 

I began the actual meal plan on February  5th: 

-1 shake for breakfast/lunch

-1 NRG tea concentrate three times a day 

-1 cell-u-loss three times a day

-healthy dinner

There were days that I switched it up but so far it has helped me lose inches and less weight.   It's been a slow process but I'm still pushing. 

The daily workout consist of

-running 4 laps

-10 stadiums

-on occasion squats and push ups
