So let me start with a round of applause our group just finished February transformation contest and they announced the winners. Of which I was not on that list. But it's ok because I am so proud of myself and my body in just 1 month. Herbalife has definately helped!
I began the actual meal plan on February 5th:
-1 shake for breakfast/lunch
-1 NRG tea concentrate three times a day
-1 cell-u-loss three times a day
-healthy dinner
There were days that I switched it up but so far it has helped me lose inches and less weight. It's been a slow process but I'm still pushing.
The daily workout consist of
-running 4 laps
-10 stadiums
-on occasion squats and push ups
Im so excited let's keep it Rollin!
