HERBAWIFEY

I'm so excited to be learning more and more about herbalife! I seriously would close the door on the poor herbalife chic that would knock on my door ... And boy do I feel bad... I use to think that it was this bogus way of just trying to sell me something and in reality it's nothing like that at all! Boy was I wrong! If anything they teach you not to harass people but to only give a hand for someone who wants a lifestyle change.  To help those that are ready for a change in what they do daily with their health! That's what sold me to this company.

Cinnamon Banana

It's been crazy how hard mentally yet herbalife easy it is to finally be able to hit the 10lb mark... I've literally changed my lifestyle and it was hard on my brain grasp it yet the pounds are coming off thanks to herbalife... 

I'm breastfeeding so taking any fat burners is not an option... so with the Help of my teas and shakes at caused for me to fuel my body... 
Today's shake:

2 SCOOPS OF DULCE DE LECHE
1 SCOOP OF PROTEIN SHAKE
CINNAMON
1 BANANA
8 OZ OF COLD WATER

Tulle skirts and spring time!

The Reason for my skinny season is to be able to get back into my gorgeous fashionable attire... Feeling like a mom with a baby monkey attached to her boob is terrible dreadful you feel yucky all the time ... Yet motherhood is beautiful! The a ability to produce milk like a cow is amazing and no I am not being sarcastic! 

I'm in love with tulle skirts and it the reason I have goals! Mom goals that is! So my divas and I can wear matching tutus! Woohoo!

ITS A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN DIS MORNING..

So let me start with a round of applause our group just finished February transformation contest and they announced the winners.  Of which I was not on that list.  But it's ok because I am so proud of myself and my body in just 1 month.   Herbalife has definately helped! 



 

I began the actual meal plan on February  5th: 

-1 shake for breakfast/lunch
-1 NRG tea concentrate three times a day 
-1 cell-u-loss three times a day
-healthy dinner

There were days that I switched it up but so far it has helped me lose inches and less weight.   It's been a slow process but I'm still pushing. 

The daily workout consist of
-running 4 laps
-10 stadiums
-on occasion squats and push ups

Im so excited let's keep it Rollin!
