Gotta love a good snack... Its def hard on a daily to come up with a quick snack. Reality is we will grab the easiest thing to grab chips or maybe a candy bar but its truly easy to snack healthy... Its important on an herbalifestyle you stay in shape and try and feed your body good things not fast things... Oh boy is that hard for me... In constantly on the go so snacks are my worst enemy.
This one was simple
-1 banana
-Almond butter (super hard to spread)
-raisin
-peanuts
-sunflower seeds
