Yummy Chicken with Salt and Pepper squash


1 Dolla Make ya Holla!

The ones thing I love to do get creativefor hoildays and on a budget.  I have three divas that we spoil every Valentines day!  I have been doing this for years its like Christmas Morning for these girls but in February.... This year they got goodies that are actually great brands that ended up at dollar tree!

Super snacks

Gotta love a good snack... Its def hard on a daily to come up with a quick snack.  Reality is we will grab the easiest thing to grab chips or maybe a candy bar but its truly easy to snack healthy... Its important on an herbalifestyle you stay in shape and try and feed your body good things not fast things... Oh boy is that hard for me... In constantly on the go so snacks are my worst enemy.

This one was simple

-1 banana
-Almond butter (super hard to spread)
-raisin
-peanuts
-sunflower seeds

So delish!

2 pounds down!

Im super excited! I finally dropped an added 2 lbs! I literally had been stuck in a weird platoe after losing 6 lbs. I started this journey in January and it has been super hard.  I breastfeed so the struggle us real!  Reality is in my genes there is no such thing as skinny while breastfeeding! Its insane im like a cookie monster for cookies but in my case food! 

Herbalife Abuelita Morning Shake

Im starting to really love Herbalife and in getting really creative with making my shakes.  I think I may have done great on this one! My version of Abuelitas Chocolate! Yummy!

Herbalife Abuelita Shake

-8 ounces of water
-2 scoops of Dutch Chocolate meal replacement
-1 scoop of herbalife protein shake
-lots of cinnamon (your preference) 
-1 banana
-ice (your preference)

Bloggalicious

Im writing thing post just go give people an insight as to why I am blogging about life and what I do... Sometimes we follow and look at life beyond its reach. We try and live a life like a Kardashian but that is not true life unless you live like a celebrity! In real life we can't contour our face everyday we don't have beautiful faces on in the morning for example I just stepped away from this labtop to attend to my Little Kingston which kept me there for about 10 min... I am now typing as I sit awkwardly in an indian style so he can play and I type. Anyways where was I? Oh yes life isn't celebrity status we don't have chefs to cook for us we don't have time to workout while parenting little ones. We do not have time to go out unless you have the perfect nanny and then there is time and even worse if your breastfeeding...uh do not get me started on that lack of freedom topic... In real life we work, come home do not wanna clean, spend money we don't have, we try and workout but don't because why? in normal life it just isn't easy.Soooooooo With my blog I'll give a view of how to and what I eat as normal human being and how to easily do it or atleast for you to try and attempt. This is just another look at life running in heels/cross trainers or flats. Hope you enjoy!

Manic Monday with Avocado Tuna on the side

Its monday again and Im back on the workout... Had my herbalife N-R-G Tea with the Mango Aloe of course. I seriously messed up super bad this weekend. Blah I literally didnt gain an ounce which is good but admit I ate super bad... Im down 6lbs from when I started in January and if I dont push harder I wont reach my small 10 lb goal! Anyways I went back to my old routine that I originally dropped the weight on before... Running and stadiums... I was on this insanity regimine with my wingman but its not pushing me to my level that will help my weight loss. I feel like it was too much right now. I think once I start my workout Ill jump back into insanity again. Ive done insanity before but I was already in shape and it worked at the time. So workout was great today hit the highschool with Jayde (my oldest spawn) and of course got my stadiums out the way... Today was interesting though I tried to take the little King of the house (my youngest spawn) thinking he would cooperate atleast on the jogging stroller! Boy was I wrong! He did not, sooo now Ive decided to be the mom that has son and mom workout time... Its just gonna have to be! No excuses to not workout right!? Uh Im so tired...ok so enough of my rambling... Lets get to talking about lunch... (Yummy) and now im hungry again...
Todays lunch: Avocado Tuna - 1 avocado - 1 can of tuna - Chopped red onion - Tad bit of Sea salt - Tab bit of black pepper - Whole grain toast - Tomato

Herbalife for breastfeeding moms

I'm so excited to a part of Herbalife the team chats have been great and it's so motivating to have a group of positive people all in one group sharing tips and ideas on how to keep a healthy lifestyle!

Thanks to my coaches Katia and Danny Miller I've been introduced to a safe way to be able to maintain my weight and still be able to breastfeed.  This is the started kit for Herbalife minus the fat burners! 

Herbalife starter kit
-Meal replacement im Dulce de leche
-Meal replacement in Dutch chocolate
-Protein shake in Vanilla
-Mango Aloe
-N-R-G tea 

Now again I am not a nutritionist I just go off what I research and I ask a million questions as well as to my dr before starting this program and he did state everything was safe while breastfeeding.

Chicken Salad with Greek yogurt dressing


This salad is so yummy! Chicken avocado salad with greek yogurt dressing!

It's so spicy depending on your taste buds!

-chicken breast
-avocado
-tomatoes
-romain lettuce
-pepper

Dressing 
-Greek yogurt
-cilantro
-jalapeño
-sea salt (optional) 

All these ingredients you will add according to your taste buds I just used 1 yogurt size cup of plain Greek yogurt 1 jalapeño which I removed some seeds, the jalapeños I got are super hot.  And I did add a tad bit of sea salt.  It made a good amount for me that you can use the next day as well... I also use this dressing for shrimp tacos but since I'm watching my intake I deleted the tortilla (sad face).

N-R-G Tea and Aloe


So I'm currently taking the Herbalife NRG Tea Natures Raw Guarana. As well as the Aloe in Mango flavored. Mixed together it's really good... I don't add sugar.  It's got a slight tangy sweet taste mixed together and I love it! I've actually substituted it for my coffee every morning and I'm slowly starting to get use to it.  I love coffee so we shall see how long that last.  I'm anxious to see the results of these products. On day 4 so wish me luck!

Chicken shrimp romaine tacos

Healthy dinner for two! 

Chicken tacos with a healthy twist! It's been super hard for my man to ween off of food and not good food, bad food... Me I just hate food in general so I did a Pinterest search and came across these awesome chicken tacos w/shrimp.

We are huge Paleo fans so eating Paleo recipes is already easy as well shopping Paleo it's kindav the norm in our house.

These tacos are theeee best now I'm not a nutritionist so I do not know the calorie count on these I just gained basic food knowledge from my sister in law who is now a pro fit queen...

 Anyways the recipe is all on you on the amount I pretty much will just sum up the ingredients and you can take it from there it's fool proof.

Also I did learn from a nutritionist that shrimp isn't always a good idea when your watching your intake. So just a side note shrimp fact. lol

2 pieces grilled chicken breast
Romaine lettuce for shells

1 whole red onion
4 avocados 
5 tomatoes 
2 jalapeños 
1 Cilantro (amount as desired)
5 lemons (amount optional)
5 limes (amount optional)
Shrimp (optional)

It's time! I'm so excited! So my package came in today and I'm super excited! I'm beginning my journey taking all of this and I'm an official member so after I study the Herbalife trade then maybe I can begin to sell these products as well! But first I wanna be the first to trial out everything you see if I get results and what these products can do... I figure it be best to try it out before I sell it right!? Anyways here I go!!

Herbalife life!


On our way to that #herbalife life and no I won't be starting any boot camps or knocking at your door...Butttt I will be selling these products after I try out out myself and research what it is I'm actually using and putting into my body....The one thing about me is I'm big on saving my life and not eating too many things with preservatives... I mean of course everything has something to preserve we can't escape it but if I can't just stray fen anything in a bag I actually feel better at the end of the day. Soooook with me giving into this Herbalife life well it came a lot of convincing within myself!
